We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled Villa Spa treatment and 10 minutes before your Villa Styling service. This will allow adequate time to change and discuss your service or treatment.

SPA ETIQUETTE
No cell phone usage in Villa Spa treatment area. Let your esthetician or massage therapist know of any concerns, special needs, or questions prior to your treatment. Also, if you are pregnant or have had any recent surgery, please communicate this to our reservationist at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give 24 hours notice before your appointment time.
